The Supercomputing Institute has many software packages installed. All are available for use by Institute reseachers. To aid in viewing the software listings, we have organized software by category and by core resources and laboratories on which it is installed.

To view software by category, click on a category at the left of this page under "All Software Categories." If you wish to narrow the category, you can view subcategories by clicking on the [+] next to the category.

To view software by core resources or laboratory, click on the abbreviations and acronym of the core resource or laboratory on the navigation bar above. For abbreviations and acronym definitions, click here.
