Computational Genetics Laboratory
The Computational Genetics Laboratory (CGL) is designed to
meet the emerging computational needs of the computational
biology community, especially in the areas of genomics,
bioinformatics, and proteomics. This Laboratory is located
in room 138 of the Cargill Microbial and Plant Genomics
Building at the University of Minnesota St. Paul campus.
It provides Institute reserachers with access to hardware,
software, and technical support related to computational biology.
For more information on the CGL,
see:

- Registration for use of the laboratory's resources is available to all faculty members of the University of Minnesota for their own use and that of their research groups.
- The Computational Genetics Laboratory resources are prioritized by the Computational Genetics Laboratory Steering Committee. The review criteria for this program are available on the World Wide Web at:
www.msi.umn.edu/general/Programs/review.html
or from Barbara Opal at (612) 625-0012 or projects@msi.umn.edu.
- There is no deadline for submission of laboratory registration requests at this time. For continuing projects, a new or updated abstract and user group list are required every six months.
