Forms - The 10th International Workshop on Languages and Compilers for Parallel Computing

Participants traveling by air will arrive at Minneapolis/St. Paul International Airport. It is a short (15-20 minute) cab ride to the Minneapolis Campus of the University of Minnesota. Conference participants will be able to choose from two hotels: the Whitney Hotel and the Days Inn University.

Registration
The registration fee for persons outside of the University of Minnesota and State of Minnesota educational system is $200 prior to July 25 and $250 after July 25. This fee includes a reception Wednesday evening, August 6 at the Whitney Hotel, a reception and banquet on Thursday evening, August 7 at the Whitney Hotel, and breaks and lunches on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday at the Hubert H. Humphrey Center. Registration fee is due 14 days after receipt of your registration form or, if you register after July 25, by August 6.

Scholarships
A limited number of scholarships reducing the cost of attending the workshop will be available to faculty and students from the University of Minnesota and institutions of higher learning in the state of Minnesota. The cost will be reduced to $90, if the registrant attends the banquet Friday night, August 8, or $45, if the registrant does not attend the banquet. To apply please return the scholarship form by July 25, 1997.

Whitney Hotel
The Whitney Hotel is located 12 blocks from the Humphrey Center (bus service will be provided). The single occupancy rate for the conference is $109 per night. Days Inn University
In addition to the Whitney Hotel, workshop attendees may stay at the Days Inn University which is located approximately three miles from the Humphrey Center (bus service will be provided). The Days Inn is offering a room rate of $69 per night for 1 to 4 persons per room. The Days Inn's phone number is (612) 623-3999 and their fax number is (612) 331-2152.
