Back-up to CD-R on MacOS X

The first step is to put the CD-R in the CD Burner. On a Mac Select the Eject key on the top right corner above the * key. When the CD-R is loaded you will see the screen below.

Name the CD and select OK.

On the desktop you will now see the CD icon.

If you select the CD you will see a blank window as seen below.

You can drag and drop files onto this window to add them to the CD. Once you have your files drag the CD icon to the trash and you will see the screen below.

Select Burn and the CD-R will be created. Done.
