These researchers are using Supercomputing Institute resources for multiple projects supporting their work concerning new treatments of cancer. The projects include: homology modeling of the RSK2 N-terminal protein and virtual screening of a natural products library in search for possible inhibitors; homology modeling of TOPK protein and virtual screening of the National Cancer Institute database to search for possible inhibitors; and investigating the structural basis for inhibition of the CRP78 protein by EGCG.
