Regulation of Gene Transcription by Mouse Kruppel-like Factor 2

Kruppel-like faction 2 (KLF2) is a member of a family of transcription factors with well-defined DNA binding domains. This researcher has analyzed the role of KLF2 in regulating genes important in the proliferation and function of mouse lymphocytes. This project uses the CGL to identify new potential targets for KLF2 binding and to characterize likely intersections with other transcriptional regulatory pathways.
