Opioid Receptor Chemistry and Pharmacology

This research involves several projects that include the development of ligands that target heterodimeric opioid receptors, testing of opioid ligand on cultured cells and in mice, docking studies of ligands to opioid receptors, and analysis of microarray data from mice treated with opioid ligands.
