Signal Transduction in Carcinogenesis

This project involves analyzing cellular signal transduction networks, and examining how signaling pathways are affected during different stages in carcinogenesis. The researchers are interested in using gene array technology to determine how patterns of gene expression change during carcinogenesis, and how this information can be used to understand how cells adapt to the activation of oncogenes and the inactivation of tumor suppressor genes.
