Use of Pharsight Software Training Programs to Study Tobacco-specific Nitrosamines and Cancer Chemotherapeutic Agents

These researchers use the Pharsight software training program to fit pharmacokinetic data in projects evaluating the disposition of compounds found in tobacco smoke. In addition, the Pharsight software is use to study new agents for the treatment of cancer. The project uses the BSCL, BMSDL, and SDVL.
