Sum Frequency Generation (SFG) Spectroscopy of Organic Field Effect Transistors

This project uses vibrational SFG to measure the interfacial structure of molecules in organic Field Effect Transistors (oFETs) during device operation in an effort to understand the role of molecular changes in overall device performance. As a part of this project, the researchers use MSI resources to calculate vibrational spectra for various small molecules that are used in the oFET devices.
