Obesity and Adipose Inflammation

This group’s work focuses on the use of genomic, proteomic, and metabolomic data to analyze the function of adipose tissue in energy metabolism. Using multiple datasets, the researchers analyze the integrated functions of genes, proteins, and metabolites to identify regulatory processes linked to obesity and metabolic disease.
