Determining Dissociation Constants for Multiple Stoichiometry Equilibria

These researchers are developing technologies that allow them to measure the equilibrium distribution of analyte molecules bound to target molecules, solving for the dissociation constant for simple 1:1 stoichiometries. Equations describing more complicated equilibria quickly become more difficult to solve directly. More sophisticated fitting and analysis approaches are necessary in these cases.
