Bioinformatic and Systems Biological Analysis of Molecular Pathways

Physiological and pathophysiological states can be characterized at the genome, proteomic, and metabolomic levels of analyses. These studies focus on the application of novel bioinformatic and systems biological approaches for the elucidation of novel molecular pathways associated with different physiological and pathophysiological states. This work requires, in part, access to the Ingenuity Pathway Analysis system, available through MSI.
