Labor Market Forces, Rent Extraction, and the Cross-Section of CEO Pay
These researchers are examining how much variation in the cross-sectional distribution of CEO total compensation can be explained by the variation in the CEO labor market forces and the variation in the quality of corporate governance. They are using SDVL for this project.
