Meta Analysis of Gene Regulation by Tumor Suppressor p53

These researchers have created an allelic series of the tumor suppressor p53 whereby different dosages of p53 result in distinct phenotypes. They are conducting quantitative gene expression assays by using microarray and RNA seq techniques. The analysis of this data will provide an insight how different dosages of p53 result in the regulation of multiple but distinct networks and how they affect the biology of the organism.
