Structure and Stability of Candida albicans Genome

This group conducts research into the structure of the genome of the yeast Candida albicans, including DNA replication, centromere structure and function, and rearrangement of the genome. MSI resources used include microarray quantitation software such as BlueGnome’s BlueFuse program or Genepix and may use microarray data-analysis software such as GeneSpring or Expressionist in future. They also use DNA sequence analysis programs such as Sequencer and may use DNA sequence analysis and comparison tools such as Artemis and sequence alignment software.
