Fronto-Limbic Connectivity in Adolescents With Major Depression
This project aims to examine the neural underpinnings of depression in adolescence. The researchers are collecting multi-modal neuroimaging in adolescents aged 12-19 with and without depression. Imaging methods include structural, diffusion tensor, resting state functional, task functional, and spectroscopy. Analysis approaches include using FreeSurfer to analyze structural data, using FSL to conduct independent components analyses on resting stated data and model-based regression analyses on task data, and LCModel to analyze spectroscopy data.
