Interfacial and Polarization Effects on the Charge-Transport Properties of Organic Semiconductors

This group is using a variety of computational chemistry approaches to evaluate the main parameters impacting charge transport in organic semiconductors, in particular charge polarization and interface effects. Special attention is paid to the investigation of the electronic properties of a large variety of crystalline structures. Intermolecular contributions to the local electro-phonon coupling are evaluated to examine the intermolecular reorganization energies.
