Transcriptomes of the 13-Lined Ground Squirrel and Arabidopsis thaliana

This researcher works with two biology labs, that of Professor Matthew Andrews on the 13-lined ground squirrel and that of Professor Clay Carter on flower nectaries (currently working with Arabidopsis thaliana). Both of them have used Illumina sequencing of RNA to study the transcriptome of their species in various tissues and conditions. This data is stored at MSI.
