Analysis of Clinical Phenotype Networks

These researchers are developing a new method for the analysis of comorbidity using network analyses. The major goals of the project are: to identify the comorbidity associated with Peripheral Arterial Diseases (PAD); to develop an objective method and protocol for the analysis of Clinical Phenotype Networks; to cluster the Clinical Phenotype Network based on network properties; and to perform a bioinformatics-based (sequence, structure, and interaction properties) analysis of proteins from Clinical Phenotype Networks to understand molecular interaction. The project requires extensive computing resources for the computation of various network properties.
