Bioinformatics (ChIP-seq and RNA-seq in Galaxy)

These researchers are assessing peripheral gene expression in children with severe malaria to determine differences in healthy children compared to children with cerebral malaria or severe malarial anemia. They are using MSI resources to analyze the data generated by the microarray analysis.
