Systems Biology Approach to Engineered Tissues

These researchers are developing a statistical model based on sufficient data reduction methods to relate measured intracellular phosphoprotein patterns to downstream protein production relevant to tissue growth. They are using MATLAB and various computational-genomics software packages available through MSI.
