Spatial Binary Data Analysis Using Autoregression

Periodontal disease process is often measured by the clinical attachment level (CAL). Previous studies collected 311 subjects' CAL and other characteristics of them. The question is what factors are associated the periodontal disease. These researchers use the auto-logistic regression with spatial effect to model the neighborhood structure of teeth within the Bayesian framework. Other researchers reported a similar model in the agriculture field. This group will adapt those approaches and apply them to their model. Parallelizing the computing for each subject will dramatically shorten the required computing time.
