The MSI helpdesk is available for one-on-one video chat consultations through the University of Minnesota's provided Zoom service. Consultations are available Monday-Friday, in one hour timeslots starting at 1 p.m., 2 p.m., and 3 p.m. If you would like to schedule a consultation, please review the appointment calendar for openings, then submit the form below to schedule a video call with an MSI helpdesk expert.
NOTE: Due to the time commitments of helpdesk experts, please allow a minimum of 90 minutes of lead time between the time you submit the form and the time you intend to start the conference. Appointments scheduled with less than 90 minutes of lead time will be rejected and asked to be resubmitted.
