Genetics of Behavioral Phenotypes
These researchers are undertaking large-scale genome scans for variants associated with behavioral factors. These scans might be genome-wide association studies (GWAS), analysis of sequence data, or the creation of polygenic risk scores. In order to undertake these analyses, missing genotypes must be imputed; the result is approximately 20,000,000 genotypes for each of approximately 8,400 research participants. The size of these datasets necessitate the use of MSI resources.
