GenoLogics Interactive Presentation 2010

GenoLogics, a research informatics solutions company, will be giving an overview of their lab and data management platform for genomics, transcriptomics and proteomics. GenoLogics provides research informatics solutions that can be implemented across multiple labs and support translational medicine and systems biology initiatives.

On Thursday, February 11th 2010, GenoLogics will be offering two 90 minute interactive presentations in Room 405, Walter Library [Location and Directions].

Presentation One : Genomics Lab and Data Management: Geneus

10 AM February 11th 2010 in Room 405, Walter Library

  • Manage data across multiple genomics technologies and platforms: Illumina, ABI, Roche, Affy, custom arrays.
  • Manage next generation sequencing, microarray, rtPCR and other data.
  • Automate research informatics pipeline with Automated Informatics plug-in.
  • Generate project and scientific reports using our Adaptive Reporting wizard.
  • Use our Web collaboration tool, LabLink, for communications with customers, sample submissions, project tracking, reporting and invoicing.

Presentation Two : Proteomics Lab and Data Management: Proteus

12 noon February 11th 2010 in Room 405, Walter Library

  • Manage data across proteomics workflows such as quantitative via iTRAQ (ABI 4800) and protein ID (LTQ Orbi).
  • Integration of data from from Mass Spec, search engines, analysis tools and other laboratory equipment.
  • Automate instrument data acquisition and analysis/informatics pipelines with Automated Informatics.
  • Generate project and scientific reports using our Adaptive Reporting wizard.
  • Use our Web collaboration tool, LabLink, for communications with customers, sample submissions, project tracking, reporting and invoicing.
