Project Title:
Pharmacogenomics and Pharmacomicrobiomics
This group assesses genetic and microbiome associations with genetic biomarkers (relevant to drug metabolism and mechanistic pathways) and microbiome markers (bacterial abundance and composition in the stool), and drug efficacy and toxicity.
Research by this group was featured on the MSI website in February 2016: Finding Genetics Markers of Transplant Rejection.
