This chemistry education research group studies the implementation of evidence-based teaching practices and assesses their effectiveness first-hand. There are several active projects, including assessment of inquiry-based laboratory exercises in General Chemistry I Laboratory, as well as implementation and assessment of course-based undergraduate research experiences in General Chemistry II Laboratory.
