Harald Junge

This group studies cell-cell signaling in the mouse retina using genetic, cell-based, and -omic approaches. They perform bulk RNA-sequencing and single cell RNA-sequencing. The group is using MSI's storage resources and are working with MSI's Research Informatics Solutions group to analyze the transcriptomic data.
