Project Title:
Computational Metagenomics
The Knight computational microbiology lab develops methods that bring precision medicine to the microbiome. They apply those methods to find patterns in microbial communities that predict and diagnose human diseases, and use those patterns to develop novel therapeutics and diagnostics.
