Dr. Erin Marcotte

This group generates germline genomewide and epigenome-wide data on childhood cancer patients and other groups with relevant phenotypes such as birth defects. They also generate -omics data on somatic tissue. These projects have the goal of identifying molecular factors associated with risk of childhood cancer or cancer outcomes among children.
