Project Title: 
Bayesian Adaptive Clinical Trials

The objective of this project is to develop various Bayesian adaptive designs for clinical trials that require computer simulation of the designs' operating characteristics. Examples include a dose escalation design for identifying the best dose and a batch exploration design for identifying the best device setting for a neurostimulator used for rehabiliting people with a partial spinal cord injury.
