Project Title:
Bayesian Adaptive Clinical Trials

The objective of this project is to develop various Bayesian adaptive designs for clinical trials that require computer simulation of the designs' operating characteristics. Examples include a dose escalation design for identifying the best dose, a design that aims to efficiently optimize neurostimulator settings, and randomized controlled trials that incorporate real-world data to improve power.
