Project Title: 
Identifying Novel Targets for Therapeutic Intervention in Melanoma and Glioma

This research focuses on the use of pre-clinical models to define the genes required for tumor initiation, maintenance, and progression with the ultimate goal of identifying novel targets for therapeutic intervention. Current projects include studies into pediatric glioblastoma and melanoma. This research requires the collection and analysis of a significant amount of RNA sequencing data.
