Grant to Investigate Nanotechnology’s Impact on Environment

The Center for Sustainable Nanotechnology (CSN), a multi-institution research center based at the University of Wisconsin Madison, has received a $20 million grant from the National Science Foundation. MSI Principal Investigator Christy Haynes (Chemistry) is the Center’s associate director. The grant will fund efforts by the CSN to investigate the impact of nanotechnology on the environment and other living things.
