November 2023 Maintenance

On Wednesday, November 1, 2023, MSI staff will perform scheduled maintenance and upgrades to various MSI systems. MSI’s storage, compute clusters, and front-end servers will be unavailable for some portion of the day.

Reminder: any SLURM batch job submitted that has a time limit beyond the beginning of maintenance (5 a.m. Wednesday, November 1) will not be queued to start until after maintenance is completed.

Galaxy will be upgraded from version 22.05 to 23.1. This includes a number of functionality and user interface updates. To learn more, please review the release notes for versions 23.0 and 23.1.
