Consultants and analysts at MSI assist with software questions depending on the service level of the software. Please contact MSI via our Helpdesk to inquire about getting one-on-one time with an MSI consultant.
MSI hosts tutorials on various topics, including computational software packages. Tutorials are free of charge, but since space is limited, pre-registration is recommended. Some tutorials are available through WebEx; for those tutorials, a login link for WebEx will be available on the individual tutorial page. For training material associated with recent tutorials, please refer to our tutorial listing.
