Struture and Stability of Candida albicans Genome
This group studies the structure of the genome of the yeast Candida albicans, the most prevalent fungal commensal and opportunistic pathogen of humans. They are performing DNA replication, centromere structure and function, and rearrangement of the genome. They use several software programs available at MSI for this research, including software for microarray quantitation, microarray analysis, DNA sequence analysis, and sequence alignment.
A bibliography of this group’s publications is attached.
