Genomic and Metabolic Analysis of Developmental Timing Mechanisms in Drosophila
These researchers are interested in how various signaling factors regulate metabolism in Drosophila. They are using metabolomics, RNA-Seq, and Chip-Seq methods to determine metabolite and transcriptional profiles in various tissues of the different mutants in an effort to identify the regulatory networks that control developmental transitions in Drosophila.
