Properties of Semiconductor Materials and Devices

This work is a theorectical study of electronic structure and electronic transport characteristics of semiconductor materials and novel devices. Recent and current work centered on charge and spin transport simulations for organic semiconductor devices and novel two-dimensional materials. Work in 2016 focuses on the creation of device models for new semiconductor devices, in particular devices fabricated from organic materials and ionic liquids, and on transport in black phosphorus.
