I cannot resume my NX session

It is possible that your group's quota has been used up. To check your quota usage, simply connect to login.msi.umn.edu and issue the command below in the terminal:

panfs_quota -g yourgroupname

If your quota has been used up, you can free up some space on your home directory by connecting to login node (login.msi.umn.edu) by simply launching an SSH client such as PuTTY or use ssh on the command-line. You can then remove files that you don't need.

However, if your group quota is all right, simply send an email to help@msi.umn.edu or call Technical Support at 612-626-0802.
