When and how does a research group renew MSI access?

Research groups will need to renew their MSI access once annually, in the period from November 1 to December 1 of every year. Renewal by December 1 ensures access for the following calendar year.

At the time of renewal, researchers describe current and upcoming work for the next year and are allocated storage and SU resources accordingly. All groups are required to renew.
