When and how does a research group renew MSI access?

Research groups will need to renew their MSI access once annually, in the period from October 1st to November 1st of every year. Renewal by November 1st ensures access for the following calendar year.


At the time of renewal, researchers describe their progress and are allocated resources accordingly. Please note that even groups not using HPC Service Units are required to renew.


The Principal Investigator or group admin can access myMSI and choose "MSI Access & Renewals" in order to renew access.
