Why can't I submit jobs? When I try, I get an error message telling me the SUs allocated to this account have been entirely used.
If your project has no Service Units (SUs) remaining in the current allocation period, you will be prevented from submitting jobs. The PI of a research group can request more SUs if necessary, subject to review and availability. It is possible to submit a request for supplemental allocations at any time; the committee will consider them in April, July, and October.
If your project does have SUs, it is possible that you are not properly associated with the project. If others in your group can submit jobs and you cannot, email email@example.com and we can associate you with your group's project.
