Analyze is a comprehensive biomedical imaging software suite for visualization and analysis. It is distributed by AnalyzeDirect, and was developed at Mayo Clinic. Analyze supports various features like Volume Rendering, Virtual Endoscopy, Segmentation, Image Fusion, Surface Rendering, ROI measurement and many other imaging functions on practically any medical imaging dataset including MR, CT and PET.

To run this software under Windows, connect using instruction provided in our Windows systems page . Once logged in, navigate to
Start-> All Programs -> Mayo Clinic Analyze -> Analyze $VERSION
\$VERSION is the version number of the Analyze installation. For documentation, refer to the page http://www.analyzedirect.com/support
General Linux
To load this module for use in a Linux environment, you can run the command:
module load analyze
Depending on where you are working, there may be more than one version of analyze available. To see which modules are available for loading you can run:
module avail analyze
