Gene Set Enrichment Analysis (GSEA) is a computational method that determines whether an a priori defined set of genes shows statistically significant, concordant differences between two biological states (e.g. phenotypes).

To run this software interactively in a Linux environment run the commands:

module load gsea
gsea

To start this software on the  Windows Application Server remote desktop into iron.msi.umn.edu and navigate to:

Start > All Programs > GSEA
