ImageJ is a public domain utility for image processing and analysis. It is based on Java and can be extended to create several plugins and develop applications from its toolkit.
To run this software interactively in a Linux environment run the commands:
module load imagej ImageJ
NOTE: Due to lack of use, the Windows installation of this software module has been disabled and will be removed from MSI Windows systems on 10/4/2017. If you need this software on Windows, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
For Windows systems, first connect to the Windows systems following the instructions on the Windows Systems webpage The software may then be located under:
Start > All Programs > ImageJ > ImageJ
