Ingenuity Pathways Analysis (IPA) is a software and database search tool for finding functions and pathways for specific biological states. It is a web-delivered application that makes use of the Ingenuity Pathways Knowledge Base, a currated database consisting of millions of individually modeled relationships between proteins, genes, complexes, cells, tissues, drugs, and diseases. It currently has data for humans, rats, and mice.
To access and start the program you must be a researcher at the University of Minnesota and a registered user of MSI Laboratories. After your MSI account is active, please send another email to firstname.lastname@example.org and request Ingenuity Pathway Analysis access.
You can request a trial license. Use your UMN email address and specify University of Minnesota as the institution. Respond "yes" regarding your institution having a license
