General Linux Documentation:
LIBSVM is an integrated software for support vector classification, (C-SVC, nu-SVC), regression (epsilon-SVR, nu-SVR) and distribution estimation (one-class SVM). It supports multi-class classification.
To run this software interactively
in a Linux environment run the commands:
module load libsvm
svm-predict [options] test_file model_file output_file
Other libsvm programs may be found in the directory
where VER is the version of libsvm you are using.
To call LIBSVM from your own code, you can use the following compiler and linking options:
-L /soft/libsvm/VER/lib -lsvm
Further documentation, including sample data sets, may be found at the LIBSVM homepage
