If you encounter the error: \"rnammer: Command not found\" or something similar, you are probably not part of the RNAmmer group. Please contact help@msi.umn.edu with a request to be added.
General Linux
To load this module for use in a Linux environment, you can run the command:
module load rnammer
Depending on where you are working, there may be more than one version of rnammer available. To see which modules are available for loading you can run:
module avail rnammer
