Software Description
trackd is the standard device driver software for leading virtual reality applications, developers, display manufacturers, motion tracking companies, and input device manufacturers in the immersive 3D display industry. It is a small \"daemon\" application that takes information from a variety of motion tracking and input devices and makes that information available for other applications to use. Used with large and small immersive 3D displays, trackd allows applications to take advantage of six degrees of freedom interaction tools. trackd is used with the tracking system in the LMVL

To load this module for use in a Linux environment, you can run the command:
module load trackd
Depending on where you are working, there may be more than one version of trackd available. To see which modules are available for loading you can run:
