Please note that several of the dependencies of Trinotate are restricted-access software, for use by academic researchers only. In order to use trinotate, contact help@msi.umn.edu and request access to SignalP4, TMHMM, and RNAmmer. Documentation on the use of Trinotate can be found on the software\'s webpage .
General Linux
To load this module for use in a Linux environment, you can run the command:
module load trinotate
Depending on where you are working, there may be more than one version of trinotate available. To see which modules are available for loading you can run:
module avail trinotate
